Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Terms and Conditions of this prize draw are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.

3. The prize draw is being run by the Department of Primary Industries, Game Licensing Unit, Locked bag 21, Orange NSW 2800.

4. The prize draw offer is for a chance to one of three of the following:

- 1st Prize - A Rhino 650 GPS and handheld radio valuing $564 from Garmin Australia.
- 2nd Prize - A blaze orange Alpine Stalker Rucksack valuing $480 from Moroka 30.
- 3rd Prize - A blaze orange Plainsmans jacket and brimmed hat valuing $200 from Blackfoot Designs.

5. The prize draw commences at 10.00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Wednesday 30 November 2016.

6. The closing time for entering the prize draw is midnight AEST on Thursday 24 November 2016.

7. To enter the prize draw, the entrant must complete the 2016 Non-License Holder Survey; and complete the name and email address fields provided at the end of the survey.

8. One entry into the prize draw is provided for each completed survey where name and email address are also supplied. Customers can only enter once.

9. Staff employed by Department of Primary Industries, Game Licensing Unit (or its related entities) and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the prize draw.

10. Each survey participant will have an equal chance of winning one of the three prizes.

11. The draw will be by random barrel draw from all eligible entries received with the first entry drawn for 1st prize winner, second entry drawn for 2nd prize winner and 3rd entry drawn for 3rd prize winner.

12. The prize winners will be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw by email supplied at the end of the survey form.

13. If the prize winner does not respond to claim the prize within twenty-one (21) days of the draw, a re-draw will be conducted within thirty (30) days of the original draw date by the Department of Primary Industries, Game Licensing Unit, Locked bag 21, Orange NSW 2800 and with the same method.

14. The prize winner must provide photographic ID when collecting the prize.

15. The prize winner will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting and using the prize.

16. The prize is not redeemable for cash or an alternative prize.

17. The prize winner’s name may be published on the Department of Primary Industries, Game Licensing Unit’s website. By entering the prize draw, entrants grant permission to use their full name on its website for up to six months from the date of the draw.

18. Department of Primary Industries, Game Licensing Unit is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any problems or any financial costs incurred, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other persons related to or resulting from participation in this prize draw.

19. Department of Primary Industries, Game Licensing Unit accepts no responsibility and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prize, either during or after the prize draw.

20. Entry into the prize draw signifies acceptance of all conditions. Entrants are required to abide by the Terms and Conditions as presented.

21. Department of Primary Industries, Game Licensing Unit’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

22. Personal information provided by an entrant during the survey for the purpose of entering the Competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with AEC’s Privacy Statement. A copy of the privacy statement is available at http://www.aecgroup.com.au/ Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed to any third party otherwise than in accordance with AEC’ privacy statement and these Terms & Conditions.
